Meditation is an effortless state and process.

Meditation is the state of consciousness, in which deliberate concentration on an issue or object allows one to merge ever more deeply and effortlessly with it. In this sense every human being meditates (in moments without thought following great exertion, in times of ecstatically being in love, etc.), but these moments are too short or too rare to allow him or her to enjoy the corresponding health or spiritual benefits.
Komaja offers a multitude of meditation techniques which make this state of unity and energy release conscious, to cultivate and develop it.
